她指出，目前仍有太多国家仍面临低增长、高失业率和债务过高等问题，并敦促各国央行[微博]采取宽松的货币政策，指出各国政府应采用可提振经济增长和创造就业岗位的财政措施或改革。她还指出，原油价格的下跌带来了一个调高能源税、减少对能源公司的补助以及将省下来的资金用于其他领域的机会。
拉加德说道：“2015年是必须采取行动的一年。”
