天弘基金去年推出了余额宝赚得盆满钵满，两大股东蚂蚁金服和内蒙君正却闹翻了。
原因是自去年天弘基金增资扩股后，包括蚂蚁金服在内的其他三方均出资完毕，唯独内蒙君正迟迟不付钱，并去函天津国资要求停止增资，导致天弘基金股东变更信息至今未能在工商局更新。蚂蚁金服前天向记者确认，已将内蒙君正告上仲裁委。
据了解，内蒙君正是一家内蒙古的能源化工类上市公司，近年来因互联网金融概念屡屡受到关注。2013年，因为与支付宝的合作，在发布收购天弘基金的公告后，内蒙君正股价连续两天涨停。除此以外，近期内蒙君正还刚刚宣布以45亿元入股华泰保险，但是对于为什么拖欠天弘基金区区7000万元出资款的原因，内蒙君正方面未予以说明。
股东纠纷是否会对天弘基金的余额宝等业务造成影响？对此，蚂蚁金服理财事业部总经理袁雷鸣表示，本次仲裁是天弘基金股东层面解决争议的行为，对于余额宝的业务合作没有任何影响，对于余额宝用户也没有任何影响。
