记者们可能会询问ECB的紧急流动性援助、违约的后果以及央行应对扩散风险的能力。尽管ECB的货币政策在记者会上将退居二线，但德拉吉可能重申量化宽松计划将得到完整实施如果说将有任何变化的话，可能是更多的资产购买。
据一位知情人士周三透露，欧洲央行管委会将在周四就希腊银行业的ELA做出决定。
