据美国《华尔街日报》报道， 希腊总理齐普拉斯(Alexis Tsipras)周三表示，在即将到来的公投中对债权人要求的救助条款投赞成票的希腊人，是那些希望在这个陷入危机的国家继续实施紧缩政策的人的“同谋”。
齐普拉斯在一个电视讲话中将本周稍早关闭银行的决定归咎于国际债权人，他强调希腊政府在面临困难之际仍设法支付退休金。
希腊民众对公投的看法已越来越分化，许多人视公投为决定该国在欧元区未来命运的举措，尽管希腊总理否认这样的说法。
根据民调公司ProRata的数据，自希腊政府宣布公投以来所进行的首次民调结果显示，46%的受访者表示将支持投反对票，这意味着他们拒绝接受救助条款。
不过，在希腊官方周一采取资本管控之前，支持投反对票的人数更多。
民调显示，37%的受访者支持投赞成票，高于银行关闭前的30%。
齐普拉斯表示，投下反对票是争取更好协议的决定性一步，希腊政府愿意在公投结束后签署这样的协议。投反对票也不代表欧洲的分裂。他说他个人将负起在公投结束后达成立即解决方案的责任。
