据路透社报道，美元兑一篮子主要货币周二攀升超过1%，扩大近期升幅，因经济数据强劲，提振美国联邦储备理事会(美联储/FED)在今年升息的预期。
美元兑日圆攀升至近八年最高水准，且将欧元压低至1.09美元以下，为一个月来首见。投资者对希腊财政危机的担忧，原本已拖累欧元下跌。
美元兑一篮子六种主要货币最新上扬1.31%，势将录得约两年来最大单日升幅。
美元指数周二延续始于上周的涨势，当时美国公布核心通胀意外攀升，且美联储主席叶伦称，美联储很可能在今年底前升息。
美元兑日圆升穿长期阻力位，并突破123日圆，至2007年7月来最高123.32日圆，此前美国政府公布，4月美国企业投资支出计划连续第二个月稳步增长。
美国商务部周二公布，4月扣除飞机的美国非国防资本财订单较前月上升1.0%，3月被上修至增长1.5%。
周二公布的其他数据也暗示美国经济成长，且美国处于升息轨道之上，这些数据包括5月美国消费者信心上升，4月新屋销售意外强劲增长。
“美国利率看来将上升，这支撑美元兑日圆，”Action Economics汇市研究部董事Ron Simpson说。
欧元兑美元最新下跌1%，报1.0873美元，接近日内低位，交易商称，对希腊的担忧加重和德国公债收益率回落，使美元相对较有吸引力。
