据英国媒体报道，国际货币基金组织（IMF）总裁拉加德16日称，全球经济复苏依然“太慢、太脆弱、太不均衡”，她特别指出各国货币政策出现分化构成风险，这可能导致金融市场动荡。
拉加德重申IMF的经济预测，即继全球金融危机爆发后六年多，全球经济今年料仅增长3.5%，2016年预计将增长3.7%。
“经过这样一场危机后，这仍然逊于原本会预期的水准，”拉加德在印度新德里一场对女学生发表的演说中说。
“展望未来，在低油价和低利率支持下，情况或许会好转。不过，全球这么脆弱的经济复苏依然面临很大风险。”
在各种风险中，拉加德首先提到的是发达经济体“货币政策分歧”，美国和英国货币政策立场逐渐趋于正常化，欧元区及日本则是扩大宽松。
“就算这一进程控管得宜，仍可能导致金融体系充斥过多流动资金，印度也不例外，”拉加德在预先准备好的讲稿中指出。
她同时表示，欧元区及日本有陷在低成长及低通胀的风险，使其难以降低失业及债务，同时也导致衰退及通缩压力升高。
在新兴市场方面，拉加德称可能面临美元走强、全球利率上扬、及资本流动波动加剧等“三重打击”。
