原油減產再度受阻 現貨黃金窄幅震盪
現貨黃金截止至2019年02月10日14：00收盤於1570.9美元/盎司，現貨黃金今日亞盤開盤後沖高回落，於1576.9美元/盎司一線受支撐後止住跌勢轉為橫盤震盪，歐盤開盤後整體走勢並未出現太大變化，現階段現貨黃金價格交投於1571美元/盎司一線。現貨白銀震盪，報17.7美元/盎司。
美國石油產量居高不下：2月10日國際油價震盪，因市場預計公共衛生事件將繼續拖累需求，雖然多數歐佩克成員國表示贊同加大減產力度，但因俄羅斯態度不明，歐佩克至今未採取行動。此外美國能源部長表示，美國石油產量創歷史新高，經濟增長放緩，但穩定的經濟增長增強了全球石油價格的穩定性。
聚焦特朗普預算案：金價震盪交投於1570美元關口附近，多空雙方於此處展開激烈爭奪，此前連續三個交易日上漲，市場對突發公共衛生事件的憂慮導致亞洲股市回落，提振金價，不過向好美國1月非農就業報告持續提振美元，限制金價上行空間。另外美國總統特朗普將於當地時間週一日提交政府2021財年預算案，擬砍21%對外援助金。
