脫歐計畫落空 黃金低位反彈
現貨黃金截止至2019年10月23日14：00收盤於1489.1美元/盎司，昨日金價兩度向下衝擊，但1480美元/盎司一線位置支撐效果異常強勁，金價低點抬高且接連出現大幅反彈，目前有重新站上1490美元/盎司一線上方跡象，現階段現貨黃金價格交投於1490美元/盎司一線。現貨白銀震盪，報17.52美元/盎司。
詹森脫歐計畫落空：在經歷兩輪投票後，雖然鮑裏斯·詹森“脫歐”協議“二讀”通過了議會投票，但是其為時三天的“脫歐”立法時間表卻被否決，這意味著10月31日英國“脫歐”的計畫落空，英國議會力推延遲脫歐，首相詹森開始著眼大選，避險日元再獲吸引，觸及六日新高。
美原油產量增加打壓油價：美國能源情報署週二表示，隨著美國原油產量和出口量的增長，美國向世界各地出售原油的目的地數量已經超過了進口原油的國家數量。週二受OPEC+或許會在12月大會上討論延長減產時間或加大減產力度等消息的影響，油價走高。
