美聯儲如期降息 金價高位回撤
國際現貨黃金截止至2019年9月19日2:00報1508.2美元/盎司，晚間美盤時段最高價為1510.8美元/盎司，金價美盤保持震盪為主，但利率決議過後出現較快回撤。現貨白銀報17.88美元/盎司，白銀同樣消息後高位回落。
美聯儲偏鷹派降息：美聯儲如期降息25個基點，以幫助維持創紀錄的經濟擴張，不過美聯儲主席稱“適度”的政策行動應該足以維持美國經濟增長，美國經濟前景“良好”，決定降息是為了“防範當前的風險”，包括全球經濟增長疲弱和貿易緊張局勢再度抬頭。
油價跌後小幅回升：美國EIA公佈的數據顯示，截至9月13日當周美國除卻戰略儲備的商業原油庫存增幅超出預期，精煉油庫存超預期預期，汽油庫存超過預期，但精煉廠設備利用率出現較大下滑，數據公佈後美國原油價格短線探底後迅速回升。
