美元失守97 金價穩步上行
國際現貨黃金截止至2019年4月10日2:00報1304.0美元/盎司，隔夜最高價為1306.0美元/盎司，金價多頭有所延續，但速率不算太快，逐步站穩1300關口。現貨白銀報15.21美元/盎司，白銀總體維持震盪走勢。
特朗普引爆市場避險：當地時間周4月9日，美國總統特朗普在推特上發文，宣佈美國將對價值110億美元的歐盟產品徵收關稅。而歐盟準備就美國對波音公司的補貼實施報復性關稅，在華盛頓誓言要以關稅反擊歐盟對空中客車的支持數小時後，跨大西洋的貿易緊張局勢明顯升級。
義大利財政仍存危機：義大利財政部定於週三公佈最新的財政計畫，最新的財政計畫很可能顯示2019年的預算赤字修正，此外，消費稅的增加值約為額外收入的1.2%，即約230億歐元（259億美元），這個財政漏洞將如何填補。
