美元持续走弱 黄金跌破支撑
现货黄金截止至2019年2月28日4：00收盘于1318.9美元/盎司，黄金在经过多天的横盘震荡后，于今日凌晨终于出现破位动作，金价在上攻1328美元/盎司一线无力的情况下，回头下破1321美元/盎司前低支撑位置，目前交投于1318美元/盎司一线。现货白银反弹走势，报15.7美元/盎司
美联储缩表即将结束：美联储已经制定资产负债表计划的框架，希望很快宣布。重申美联储计划在2019年稍晚结束缩表行动，资产负债表不会重返“非常小”的规模，美联储主席鲍威尔认为2018年GDP增速预计在3%左右，可能略低于3%。
EIA强势利好：EIA数据显示，上周美国原油库存骤降864万桶，市场预期为增加280万桶，这终止了此前连续五周库存增加的势头，且降幅几乎是API原油库存降幅的一倍。与此同时，EIA汽油库存下降190万桶，精炼油库存下降30万桶。
