美元小幅走軟 黃金維持震盪
國際現貨黃金截止至2019年2月13日2:00報1310.3美元/盎司，隔夜美盤最高價為1314.6美元/盎司，金價上行受阻，但下方支撐也較為強勁，整體維持震盪修正。現貨白銀報15.67美元/盎司，白銀則再次出現小幅回落。
兩黨之爭出現緩和：美國總統特朗普表示，他對兩黨談判代表為避免政府停擺而達成的邊境安全協議並不滿意，但是他會在週二晚些時候召開會議，考慮該妥協方案。週二總統在白宮內閣會議上對記者說道不認為會看到政府停擺。
鮑威爾認為經濟強勁：美聯儲主席傑羅姆·鮑威爾在講話中提到，美國經濟依舊強勁，但全美各地區並沒有同等地感受到好處。他在密西西比河谷州立大學對學生表示，今天，國家層面的數據顯示經濟強勁，失業率接近半個世紀低點，經濟產出以穩健的速度增長。
