美元指數反彈 黃金放緩漲勢
國際現貨黃金截止至2019年2月8日14:00報1309.5美元/盎司，昨日晚間金價自1306美元/盎司低位反彈以來，一直維持高位區間1308-1311窄幅震盪，並伴隨微幅下行，有延續此前震盪下行趨勢的跡象。現貨白銀震盪，報15.66美元/盎司。
卡普蘭重申應暫停升息：達拉斯聯儲主席卡普蘭週四表示，減稅和政府支出法案的財政刺激舉措對經濟的影響開始減弱，此前一系列加息的滯後效應在美國經濟的影響尚未完全顯現，這是他提倡美聯儲目前暫停加息的兩個原因，認為全球經濟增長放緩可能會波及美國經濟，金融環境較六個月前收緊，以及去年的減稅措施未如預期那樣提高生產率，這些因素支持他對今年美國經濟增幅僅為2%的觀點。
原油反彈或已終結：2月8日國際油價繼續承壓下行。隔夜油價大跌約2%，受累於市場擔心中美貿易摩擦打壓需求。此外沙特窮盡所能減產，美國國會可能指控OPEC存在壟斷行為，市場還預期，產油國可能不會再嚴格遵守去年達成的減產協議，12月底開啟的反彈走勢可能已經終結。
