黄金震荡调整 非美货币反弹
现货黄金截止至2018年12月13日14：00收盘于1244.8美元/盎司，现货黄金维持在1240上方震荡调整，目前受到美元走强压制未能顺利突破1250压力，日内依然需要多加观察。
欧银会议前瞻：市场预期欧洲央行将全面确认年底前结束债券购买计划，但何时上调超低利率的信号将不那么清晰。预计欧洲央行的政策声明将维持其承诺，即至少在2019年夏季前将利率维持在目前水平。欧洲央行的关键贷款利率为0%，而隔夜存款利率为-0.4%。
意大利预算案：意大利政府称，与欧盟委员会的谈论还没开始，没有意义提前透露赤字率目标，并没有确认2%的赤字目标。意大利已正式将预算案提交给欧盟委员会主席容克。意大利总理孔特周三是否会如预期在布鲁塞尔会见欧盟委员会主席容克仍不确定。
