國際現貨黃金截止至2018年11月21日14:00報1221.2美元/盎司，最高價為1222.2美元/盎司，最低價為1219.6美元/盎司，亞盤時段金價波動極小。現貨白銀報14.31美元/盎司，白銀維持低位修正。
英國無協議脫歐風險提升：英鎊兌美元終結此前兩個交易日的反彈之勢，因美元回升及英國無協議脫歐風險提升，卡尼表示無協議脫歐的風險高到讓人不安，霍爾丹也指出，無協議脫歐將立即對供應造成衝擊，脫歐協議無法在議會通過的可能性越來越高，脫歐談判的時間也即將不足。
油價整體依舊較為弱勢：原油總體呈下行走勢，因全球經濟放緩或對原油需求產生負面影響，同時俄羅斯在減產問題上似乎與OPEC步調不一致，令市場質疑該國減產的決心，這使得油價承壓明顯。在12月6日的OPEC會議前，油價恐怕仍不容樂觀。
