亞盤美元震盪 金價小幅回落
國際現貨黃金截止至2018年11月19日14:00報1218.3美元/盎司，最高價為1223.5美元/盎司，最低價為1217.9美元/盎司，上周五晚大漲後今日早間小幅回落。現貨白銀報14.34美元/盎司，白銀保持震盪上行。
美聯儲官員發表鴿派：近期美聯儲官員發聲密集，上周五美聯儲延續了偏鴿的觀點。美聯儲副主席克拉裏達表示，不認為美聯儲加息會過於激進是他強調政策利率微幅高於通脹率，暗含了排除更快加息的可能。美聯儲埃文斯則認為薪資有所增加，不過沒有增加的像預期那麼多，同時他還強調實現中性利率是美聯儲的第一要務。
歐洲局勢動盪不已：英國脫歐和義大利預算方案的不確定性仍是近期重要的風險事件。距離英國脫歐的最後時間節點2019年3月29日僅有四個多月的時間，若最終無協議脫歐將讓這個全球第五大經濟體陷入蠻荒之中。義大利重新提交了2019年預算案，其中政府開支增長和一次性調整後的結構均明顯高於歐盟規定標準。
