美元強勢創新高 黃金艱難維持1200
國際現貨黃金截止至2018年11月13日3:00報1202.6美元/盎司，昨日現貨黃金開盤小幅沖高隨後回落，最高觸及1211.4美元/盎司，最低觸及1200.1美元/盎司，整體呈現震盪下行的走勢。
特朗普抨擊減產油價再受挫：OPEC欲減產100萬桶/日，美國總統特朗普猛烈抨擊OPEC減產，美原油暴跌至熊市，創下了歷史上最長的下跌紀錄，OPEC在12月會議或將重點關注原油需求而非油價。
英國本月難達成脫歐協議：英鎊兌美元連續第三個交易日走軟，英國脫歐不確定性及美元指數刷新近17個月新高97.58施壓匯價，短期內英國脫歐協商將仍為主導英鎊的關鍵，脫歐協議達成的可能性減小，而且無論如何，提案獲議會批准的關鍵任務和以前一樣具有挑戰性。
