亞盤維持修正 金價多頭占優
國際現貨黃金截止至2018年9月13日13:00報1204.2美元/盎司，最高價為1207美元/盎司，最低價為1204美元/盎司，金價隔夜反彈後保持高位修正。現貨白銀報14.22美元/盎司，亞盤白銀波動不大。
特朗普中期選舉態度改變：美國總統特朗普簽署行政令，根據情報機構的調查結果，對任何干涉美國選舉的外國公司或個人實施制裁，疑為避免俄羅斯干預中期選舉鋪路，特朗普中期選舉態度卻大變，稱被彈劾反而有利於自己在2020年大選中獲勝。
油價大漲後回調修正：亞盤時段，油價有所回落。美布兩油週三收漲，因EIA原油庫存連續四周下滑，但OPEC月報顯示，OPEC正持續增產，且需求有放緩跡象，因此油價沖高之後回落。匯豐銀行警告說，由於缺乏備用石油產能，布倫特油價可能升至100美元/桶。
