中東地緣風波再起 現貨黃金低位震盪
截止至今日北京時間14:00，國際現貨黃金價格為1195.3美元/盎司，日內高點1196美元/盎司，低點為1193美元/盎司附近；現貨白銀震盪，報14.16美元/盎司。
委內瑞拉再推舉措拯救經濟：據兩位消息人士以及一份內部檔顯示，委內瑞拉已同意將至少七座油田交給幾家知名度甚低的公司，這些企業與政府簽訂合約，通過提升油田產量獲得回報，而前總統查維斯取消過類似的合約。此舉暗示出委內瑞拉總統馬杜羅願意改變其前任查維斯的政策立場，後者曾大力加強政府在該國能源產業中所發揮的作用。委內瑞拉政府已宣佈一項缺乏細節的石油增產計畫，其中有七家公司參與。在8月28日電視轉播的一場活動中，這些公司的代表與PDVSA簽署了“聯合服務協議”，馬杜羅也出席了簽字儀式，但是，合約細節並未公佈。
煉油廠重啟：OPEC產油國及其盟友今年6月同意增加石油產量，沙烏地阿拉伯和俄羅斯表示，將向市場增加約100萬桶/日的石油，但沒有詳細說明各產油國之間將如何分配增產。OPEC及其盟友組成的委員會定於本月晚些時候在阿爾及利亞開會，討論石油分配問題。伊朗石油部長賈巴爾表示，該國原油出口量達到了創紀錄的359萬桶/日。而原油產量約為436萬桶/日，與OPEC商定的產量上限一致。目前伊拉克的產能約為475萬桶，其中不包括北部半自治的庫爾德地區。
