美元再創年內新高 黃金加速趕底
現貨黃金市場2018年8月15日14:00點整收於每盎司1187美元，最高點為1194.7美元/盎司，最低點為1186.4美元/盎司，早間呈現逐級下行格局，跌6美元/盎司。
里拉匯率暫時得以喘息：自8月以來，因投資者擔心土耳其央行的政策以及土耳其與美國之間的糾紛不斷升級，土耳其里拉已貶值28%。今年迄今為止，里拉跌幅超過40%。雖然土耳其央行採取初步應對措施，通過“利率走廊”收緊貨幣政策，讓里拉稍有反彈，只是瑞穗銀行指出，土耳其經濟仍未走出困境。因此該行目前仍對新興亞幣保持警惕，表示里拉後期仍有下滑可能。
義大利債臺高企：義大利是歐盟第三大經濟體。目前，該國的聯合政府正在制定明年的預算。義大利的財政計畫將得到歐洲當局以及市場參與者的密切關注。此前，義大利新政府承諾將增加公共支出。鑒於義大利的公共債務早已高企，投資者對提高義大利退休金和政府補助金也持謹慎態度。義大利目前的政府債務已經達到了2.5萬億歐元，為歐元區第二高，約占國內生產總值的130%。
