和平计划执行 金价再临新低
截止至本日北京时间14:30，国际现货黄金价格为1238.01美元/盎司，最高价为1242.07美元，最低价为1232.10美元，上涨了0.27美元，涨幅为0.02%。
欧盟加大制裁行动：欧盟外交官周四透露，欧盟对俄罗斯采取的新制裁措施将于周五生效，其中包括将禁止对5家俄罗斯国有银行和3家俄罗斯国防公司贷款，扩大对俄出口军民两用物资的限制，并增加对24名俄公民包括旅行禁令和资产冻结的制裁。尽管欧盟此前已经做出决定将对俄罗斯实施新一轮更严厉的制裁行动，但是俄罗斯仍将履行此前的承诺，采取更多行动来帮助促进乌克兰各方遵守履行此前所达成的和平计划，因此并没有为国际金价带来太大的提振作用。
消费者指数低于预期：国家统计局周四公布的数据显示，中国8月消费者物价指数年率录得2.0%，低于前值2.3%和预期值2.2%。数值继续低于官方目标值3.5%。大规模的通缩加剧，经济增长前景蒙受阴影。中国的黄金国际板将在9月底推出，这意味着中国黄金市场将拥有“上海金”这一独立价格指标，上海黄金国际板将与国际接轨，另外，由于中国又是实物黄金的第一需求大国，因此会逐渐加强中国在国际金价市场上的影响力度。而本次公布的经济数据低于预期，则表明中国经济水平依然处于疲软，从而降低投资者对黄金的吸引力度。
