欧盟推迟制裁 金银涨势受限
纽约商品交易所黄金期货市场10月黄金期价9月9日收于每盎司1256.6美元，比前一交易日上升了0.3美元，涨幅为0.02%。白银期货上涨0.16%，报每盎司19.08美元。
欧盟或延迟对俄制裁：欧盟日前通过了针对俄罗斯的新一轮制裁方案，但是因为欧盟正在评估乌克兰的停火状态，欧盟可能会延迟新制裁方案的实施时间。欧盟理事会主席范龙佩根据实际的情况，欧盟将会从整体上或者是局部上，重新考虑对俄的制裁计划。由于乌克兰与俄罗斯初步达成了乌东部地区的停火协议，欧盟延迟对俄进一步制裁的可能性加大，欧元区经济可能因为制裁方案的延迟，有望改善此前的困境，欧元提振则为金价上涨创造了机会。
英央行将于明年初加息：英央行卡尼表示，首次加息的时间正在靠近，英国经济发展上如果达到通胀和就业目标，将在明年春季加息，并指出，工资以及劳动力成本是加息决定的关键。而且，如果有必要在苏格兰进行公投选举前加息，英央行就会采取必要的行动。由于英国央行的加息日程已经有了明确的框架，且英国作为全球黄金市场的重要国家之一，加息将削弱黄金的抗通胀吸引力，从而使金价受压下行。
