乌俄矛盾再起 金银高位整理
纽约商品交易所黄金期货市场12月黄金期价11月17日收于每盎司1186.3美元，比前一交易日下滑了1.3美元，跌幅为0.11%。白银期货下跌1.1%，报16.12美元。
乌克兰已准备和俄方全面开战：据外媒报道，乌克兰东部局势目前仍处于极度紧张状态，政府军与亲俄武装交火不断。乌克兰总统波罗申科本周一称，乌克兰正为与俄罗斯发生大规模战争做准备。另外，俄罗斯因支持乌克兰东部地区的反政府武装，而受到美国和欧洲的谴责，这无形中加深了俄罗斯和西方国家的紧张关系。乌克兰东部地区的紧张局势或扩大乌俄地缘危机，避险需求令金价回落受阻。
瑞士就黄金相关事宜举行公投：巴克莱银行指出，瑞士将于11月30日举行全民公决 ，届时公众将决定是否把瑞士央行所持的5000亿美元储备，其中五分之一转换成黄金。如果瑞士黄金公投获得通过，瑞士央行将需要购买1500吨黄金，以满足瑞士国家20%的黄金储备比例要求，届时金价势必会因此受到支撑，出现一定程度的上涨。
