月线MACD金叉是指在炒黄金K线图中，构成每根K线的时间单位均以月为计算周期，在月线图上的技术指标MACD的DIF和DEA两条线段构成金叉的状态，炒黄金K线图为月线图的技术分析盘面，一般是中长线投资者用于分析长期现货黄金价格走势的主要选择。
当月线图中的技术指标MACD形成金叉时，说明单边上涨行情的到来，K线将会开出大阳线，若在零轴上方形成月线图上的MACD金叉，则会出现K线连续开出阳线的上行格局，且随着K线开出阳线越长，MACD金叉开出的角度就越大，若中长线现货黄金投资者已经持有多单，这时候可以等候金价运行至相对高位的获利时机，不建议空单进场交易，除非DIF线出现拐点下行，且K线开出阴线，或者当MACD指标出现顶背离形态时，空单方可进场提前布局。

上图为2009至2011年的现货黄金价格走势，我们可以看到，随着月线MACD每次在零轴上方构成金叉，K线走势都会出现上涨，且随着月线MACD金叉位置的逐步上升，K线所在的价位则越高，形成阶梯式的震荡上行格局。
我们再看一下，当月线MACD指标金叉在零轴下方时，月K线的走势变化，
上图为1998至2002年中期的现货黄金价格走势，我们可以看到，随着月线MACD每次在零轴下方构成金叉，K线在初始阶段，与月线MACD指标构成底背离，没有出现单边上涨行情，当月线MACD的DIF线向上突破DEA以后，随着DIF线逐渐靠近零轴，红烛开始增量，此时月K线也开出阳线，则确认为多头现货黄金行情的前奏，是多次月线MACD指标多次底背离形态被确认以后，K线从空头为主的盘面格局转变为多头。
