现货黄金反弹 全球矿企劳工荒将至

7月28日欧盘中段，国际现货黄金价格以窄幅运行为主，反映市场交投情绪十分谨慎，夜间纽盘时段开始后，由于美国7月综合和服务业采购经理人指数符合预期，市场对其反应平淡，然而美国6月成屋待完成销售指数大幅差于市场预期，国际金价打开短暂的上行空间，突破1305较弱阻力位，随后中盘和尾段时段金价回归弱势震荡区域1301-1306，日收1303.96美元/盎司，较亚盘开盘价下滑了3.27美元。本日亚市早盘，伦敦金行情延续了隔夜的整理格局，日间升幅不足2美元。
据著名投行汇丰银行的报告中指出，现时全球多国矿业领域将面临着矿工的劳动力紧缺问题，由此带来的矿业设施开工不足问题将会拉升矿厂的人力和物料损耗成本，在成本上升的情况下，矿企将减产金银等贵金属原料，从而激发购买需求，长期来看将对国际金价形成利好。在美国，大约一半的地质技术专业人员在未来10至15年内将退休，而其他著名产金大国，澳大利亚、加拿大和南非也出现相同的趋势，均反映出矿业领域中新人力资源的缺乏，这是制约采矿行业的长期发展的重要因素。
从伦敦金技术分析上看，日线图上，本日亚市早盘暂时开出阳线，金价K线下方获得5日，60日和100日均线的支撑，附图指标MACD在快慢线形成死叉后，向下运行至0轴附近，绿柱缩减放量，KDJ三线从低位一直反弹，从小时图上看，金价短时内站上均线系统上方，附图指标MACD绿柱缩量，快慢线趋于粘合或形成金叉，KDJ指标走势较强，短期内金价有望站上1305较弱支撑位，日内关键支撑位1300,1305，关键阻力位1308,1313。
