日本政府小幅下调对本财年经济增长预测

日本内阁府预测显示，政府小幅下调对本财年经济增长的预测，因出口迟滞，且4月上调消费税对需求的冲击大于预期。本财年将于2015年3月截止。据日本内阁府，政府预计2014/15财年实质GDP增长1.2%，前次预估为增长1.4%。预计2015/16财年实质GDP增长1.4%。上述预计值基本与日本央行预估一致。
财务大臣称，希望2015年4月开始的新财年预算中“尽量”减少新公债发行量，以改善公共财政状况。他还在内阁会议后对记者表示，外需疲软是政府下调本财年经济增长预测的主因，并表示预计今后出口将温和复苏。
经济财政大臣表示，央行总裁黑田东彦对内阁称若风险因素导致经济预估发生改变，将毫不犹豫地调整货币政策。据甘利明，黑田东彦称仍未实现2%的通胀目标，日本央行将继续推行量化宽松。
