全球油市目前供应充足，但风险“仍特别高”

国际能源署(IEA)称，随着全球经济增长，全球石油需求将在明年再度加快增长；而美国和加拿大供应增加将再度满足这些需求增长，并且进一步侵蚀石油输出国组织(OPEC)的市场份额。不过IEA也在月度报告中表示，若干地区石油生产仍面临很高风险。IEA称，“不止在伊拉克和利比亚，中东和北非的供应风险也仍特别高。油价仍处在历史高位，还没有出现转势的迹象。”
