伦敦金的保证金交易概念

伦敦金因最早起源于伦敦而得名。伦敦金交易通常被称为欧式黄金交易。以伦敦黄金交易市场和苏黎世黄金市场为代表。投资者的买卖交易记录只在个人预先开立的“黄金存折账户”上体现，而不必进行实物金的提取，这样就省去了黄金的运输、保管、检验、鉴定等步骤，其买入价与卖出价之间的差额要小于实金买卖的差价。这类黄金交易没有一个固定的场所。在伦敦黄金市场整个市场是由各大金商、下属公司间的相互联系组成，通过金商与客户之间的电话、电传等进行交易；在苏黎世黄金市场，则由三大银行为客户代为买卖并负责结账清算。伦敦的五大金商（罗富齐、金宝利、万达基、万加达、美思太平洋)和苏黎士的三大银行（瑞士银行、瑞士信贷银行和瑞士联合银行）等都在世界上享有良好的声誉，交易者的信心也就建立于此。
黄金保证金交易是指在黄金买卖业务中，市场参与者不需对所交易的黄金进行全额资金划拨，只需按照黄金交易总额支付一定比例的价款，作为黄金实物交收时的履约保证。伦敦金保证金交易以伦敦现货市场为代表，它没有固定的交易场所，伦敦五大金商作为全球市场参与者的交易对手，投资者买进黄金时，由于只支付了一定比例的现货保证金，剩余货款相对于向银行贷款，所以要按日支付一定比例的利息。
