利比亚劳工抗议致产量减少 NYMEX原油期货上涨

纽约商业交易所（NYMEX）12月原油期货10月28日上涨0.83美元或0.9%成为每桶98.68美元，欧洲ICE期货交易所（ICE Futures Europe）12月布兰特原油上涨2.68美元或2.5%成为每桶109.61美元，因利比亚劳工抗议导致该国原油日产量减少25万桶的影响。两者的价差由前一交易日的9.08美元扩大至10.93美元。世界最大液化天然气公司卡塔尔天然气公司总裁兼首席执行官谢赫哈立德.本哈里发.阿勒萨尼28日在新加坡国际能源周上表示，虽然美国页岩气产量迅速增加的预期对市场有影响，但国际天然气市场2015年底之前仍将保持供应紧俏局面，因为天然气需求未来两年内会保持增长，但供应暂时不会有明显变化。
阿勒萨尼表示，天然气作为新型清洁能源越来越重要。过去10年，全球能源需求平均每年增长2.5%，而经济合作与发展组织以外经济体对天然气的需求更以每年4%的速度增长。其中，日本一直以来是核心市场之一，而近年中国大陆的重要性也越来越大。在东南亚，卡塔尔天然气公司正与积极扩展天然气码头业务的新加坡合作。
石油输出国组织（OPEC）周一（10月28日）表示，尽管美国页岩油产量爆炸式增长，但是市场仍然会对该组织原油有需求。OPEC秘书长Abdullah al-Badri在墨西哥能源会议上表示，被称为“致密油”的产品，将作为一种新的原油供应出现在市场上，但是这不会影响OPEC，因致密油在2018年前产量会持续上升，但是在这之后会出现下降。
墨西哥石油公司最近公布的财务报告显示，由于石油出口量下降、汇率损失以及国际油价下跌，今年1月至9月墨西哥石油公司累计亏损920亿比绍（约合70亿美元），而去年同期盈利310亿比绍（约合23.8亿美元）。墨西哥石油公司是全球第五大原油生产企业，但有评论称，高负债、低盈利的墨西哥石油公司已经濒临破产边缘。
