新兴市场继续受到大型投资者热捧

在遭受了今年新兴市场动荡带来的冲击后，一些大型投资者再度归来，逢低买进新兴市场资产。
受印度和印尼等新兴市场大幅下滑影响，今年以来，邓普顿新兴市场集团(Templeton Emerging Markets Group)执行主席Mark Mobius旗下管理的21亿美元资产的邓普顿发展中市场信托基金(Templeton Developing Markets Trust)已累计下跌8.6%。不过，Mobius仍继续持有这些市场的资产，同时也买入俄罗斯和墨西哥的部分股票。邓普顿新兴市场集团为富兰克林邓普顿投资基金(Franklin Templeton Investments Fund)管理着约500亿美元资产。
Mobius表示，投资者抛售新兴市场资产在很大程度上受心理作用，一旦幡然醒悟，就会结束抛售。他的策略就是逢低买进。
