“疫苗推廣的加速和基礎設施計畫的規模正導致收益率上升，美元從中受益，”分析師表示。
分析師表示，日元也容易受到美國通脹預期高於日本和美國長期國債收益率上升的影響。美元/日元通常與美國長期國債收益率呈正相關。
投資者將在週五密切關注美國月度非農就業報告，美聯儲政策制定者迄今稱，就業市場疲軟是他們繼續維持較低利率的原因。
由於美元走強和美國國債收益率上升，金價下跌近2%，而對經濟更快復蘇的希望進一步抑制了對避險黃金的需求。
現貨金現下跌1.55%，交投於1685.10美元/盎司附近，盤中稍早一度下跌近2%至1678.55美元/盎司，為3月8日以來的最低水準。
