英央行官員支持負利率 金價反彈重回191
現貨黃金昨日早間回踩1894美元/盎司一線後開啟反彈走勢，歐盤直接衝破1900美元/盎司整數關口上方，金價在晚間美盤回踩確認1900美元/盎司整數關口支撐後，進一步延續反彈走勢，今日早間反彈高點刷新至1915美元/盎司上方，前一天回落幅度基本收回。現貨黃金今日淩晨3點收于1910.2美元/盎司一線，現階段現貨黃金價格交投于1915美元/盎司一線。現貨白銀震盪反彈，報24.76美元/盎司。
英國央行或需出臺更多刺激：英國央行貨幣政策委員會委員弗利葛週二表示，央行可能需要祭出更多刺激措施，因為應對不斷攀升的新增病例，經濟面臨的風險增加，他還對實施負利率表示了一些謹慎的支持。弗利葛表示，他擔心英國央行8月指出的失業率上升和增長疲軟風險可能會成為現實。
OPEC+謹慎應對供需失衡：10月21日美油小幅下跌，市場預期美國接近就一項疫情紓困計畫達成協議，宏觀利好推動了美元下跌與風險資產回升，油價週二也觸及近七周新高。如果達成協議，美油或衝擊42大關。
