參議院再度批准法案 現貨黃金反彈失敗
現貨黃金截止至2020年03月19日4：00收盤於1495.2美元/盎司，昨日金價早間維持窄幅震盪，歐盤開盤後向下突破震盪區間迅速回落，白天最大回落幅度達59美元，雖晚間美盤曾出現大幅度反彈，但後市並未能站穩進一步打開回落回落空間，今日亞盤開盤後於低位震盪，現階段現貨黃金價格交投於1485美元/盎司一線。現貨白銀震盪，報12.03美元/盎司。
特朗普簽署第二份紓困法案：3月19日美國總統特朗普已簽署第二份疫情紓困法案，正在計畫更多刺激措施，特朗普政府估計這個一攬子計畫將耗資1.3萬億美元。預計週四將見到第三階段刺激方案大綱，一旦擬定完成會很快投票。
英鎊跌至35年低點：週三英鎊大跌5%至1985年以來新低至1.1453，因市場對英國政府防疫力度不足感到憂慮，同時英國首相詹森仍不肯延長脫歐過渡期，這令無協議脫歐風險繼續升溫。儘管英國央行準備出臺更多的措施以支持經濟，並呼籲做空英國資產的投機者趕緊收手，但是英鎊多頭持倉仍處於兩年相對高位附近，這意味著英鎊仍存在進一步回落的空間。
