美元指數持續震盪 現貨黃金重回1460
現貨黃金截止至2019年11月13日14：00收盤於1461.1美元/盎司，金價昨日再度向下測試低點位置支撐後於1445美元/盎司一線快速反彈，轉身向上測試1460美元/盎司一線壓力，並於歐盤有重新站上1460美元/盎司一線跡象，現階段現貨黃金價格交投於1462美元/盎司一線。現貨白銀震盪反彈，報16.9美元/盎司。
保守黨領先優勢擴大：因英國脫歐黨官宣放棄爭奪保守黨現有席位，11月12日的多個民調顯示，保守黨的領先優勢有所擴大，而脫歐黨支持率出現下滑。從目前的情況看，英鎊的走勢和保守黨支持率呈正相關關係，德意志銀行預測，若保守黨贏得多數席位，英鎊有望反彈3%。
油價57關口受阻：11月13日亞洲時段，國際油價下跌，因國際貿易協議樂觀前景趨於消化，這打壓了全球經濟與能源需求前景。此外IEA指出，全球石油需求增長將從2025年起放緩，到2030年左右將會觸頂。但另一方面，庫欣原油庫存減少、中東危局影響石油供應仍限制油價跌幅。
