美元持續走低 黃金寬幅震盪
現貨黃金截止至10月11日14：00開盤于1495.9美元/盎司，昨日黃金再度迎來下跌行情，短時間內從1511美元/盎司高點位置下挫至1490美元/盎司附近位置止跌，隨後展開反彈，整體黃金偏向寬幅震盪行情。
歐洲央行紀要：歐洲央行的預測是基於英國有序脫歐。如果沒有採取QE，部分委員準備支援降息20個基點，在財政政策方面，預計2019-2021年期間，歐元區的財政狀況將略有擴張。貨膨脹正在進一步偏離理事會認為符合其通貨膨脹目標的水準，並意味著通貨膨脹趨同的進一步推遲。
OPEC或加大減產：週四（10月11日）OPEC秘書長巴爾金都表示，進一步減產是OPEC+12月會議考慮的選項之一，因OPEC預估顯示明年全球經濟增長減緩且需求將進一步下降。OPEC、俄羅斯和其他產油國自1月以來實行減產120萬桶/日，以支撐油市。該協議有效期至2020年3月，產油國將在12月5-6日開會制定政策。
