金价日内反弹，但仍被压制

9月27日，现货黄金从日内低位回升，但金价整体仍处于疲软状态。为避免周末市场可能发生的意外，金价空头大量平仓，让金价有所回升，但本周强势美元表现以及美联储鹰派基调，美国政府避免关门等情况都给金价带来了一定的压制。
本周美元表现强劲，并非美国经济数据多好，而是非美品种的经济基本面太差。在强势美元的大环境下，金价受到一定压力。
美元的涨势令市场参与者都感到意外。美元指数目前仅比两年半高点低0.5%。没有单一理由可解释美元的强势，多种因素在共同起作用。
尽管美国众议院启动了对美国总统特朗普的弹劾，但美元作为主要的避险货币仍然受到青睐。但如果美元在当前水平继续走高，特朗普可能敦促美国财政部对美元进行干预。
美国众议院民主党人启动弹劾总统调查不仅在美国政界掀起巨大风暴，也在经济领域内令投资者感到恐慌。但是这种恐慌在进入到本周后半段反而成了市场风险情绪的推动力。
特朗普26日发推警告称，如果我被弹劾，股市将会崩盘。特朗普在推特上称，“如果他们真的这么做了，市场就会崩盘。你们认为我们拥有历史上最好的股市和经济是因为运气好吗？它不是！”
当日，该临时预算案以82票赞成、15票反对的结果表决通过。该临时预算案将保证政府正常运转至今年11月21日，否则政府将在9月30日2019财年结束时面临“关门”。
在今年关于政府预算的讨论中，美国总统特朗普修建边境墙的费用再次成为两党议员争执的焦点。民主党议员坚决反对批准特朗普要求的50亿美元建墙费用。当日，参议院拨款委员会民主党议员试图通过表决修正案阻止该笔费用，但表决未能通过。接下来，两党议员将继续就该事宜进行协商。
五英国央行政策制定者桑德斯发表了意外鸽派的言论。以前一直表现鹰派的他，如今释放鸽派言论可能意味着英国央行内部对于硬脱欧的忧虑挥之不去，而且如果英国央行接下来因为硬脱欧而放宽政策的话，这对金价而言也是利好消息。
