美元高位回落 黃金陷入震盪
現貨黃金截止至2019年2月13日14：00收盤于1313.4美元/盎司，現貨黃金早間回踩確認支撐後往上方1315壓力進發，整體亞盤走勢偏強，但總體黃金仍然在震盪區間內盤整，早間最高到達1313.6美元/盎司附近。
傳聞脫歐後特雷莎將辭職：英國首相特雷莎·梅將於2月12日向下議院議員發表演講，彙報與歐盟談判的進展，並概述她將於2月14日提交給議員辯論的一項動議。有傳聞稱，她打算在英國最終實現脫歐後不久，宣佈辭去首相一職，以便對於繼任人選發揮影響力。
API原油庫存下降：當周API庫欣地區原油庫存減少50.2萬桶，前值增加88.9萬桶；當周API汽油庫存增加74.6萬桶，前值增加173萬桶；當周API精煉油庫存減少248.1萬桶，前值增加14.1萬桶。美國上周原油進口減少110萬桶/日至660萬桶/日。
