利率維穩態度轉鴿 非美商品貨幣狂歡
國際現貨黃金截止至2019年1月31日4:00報1319.6美元/盎司，淩晨受美聯儲主席鮑威爾講話影響，黃金短時間快速拉升至1323.1美元/盎司一線，今日金價早盤暫時維持高位橫盤走勢，目前交投於1317-1320區間。現貨白銀亦出現大幅拉高走勢，報16.02美元/盎司。
美聯儲主席鮑威爾態度轉鴿：北京時間週四淩晨美聯儲決議稱之後將保持“耐心”，同時美聯儲主席鮑威爾在隨後的新聞發佈會上美聯儲主席鮑威爾講話明確指出“外部經濟體增長放緩”，在利率上保持耐心可以最好地支援經濟前景，並表示已開始考慮結束縮表，令市場普遍預測美聯儲在“相當長時間內”不再會推出下一步加息措施。
供應趨緊油價上漲：昨日油價繼續上漲，因美國政府資料顯示供應趨緊的跡象，且在美國對委內瑞拉石油業實施制裁後，投資者仍擔心供應受擾；美國政府公佈的資料顯示，上周美國原油庫存增幅低於預期，因進口下降；汽油庫存從紀錄高位回落，因煉廠放慢生產；美國能源資料協會(EIA)稱，上周原油庫存增加91.9萬桶。
