俄羅斯傳來減產佳音:11月30日亞市盤初，美原油主力合約在5日均線51.31美元/桶附近徘徊，俄羅斯表示願意加入限制產量的佇列，繼續給油價提供支撐，投資者還需留意該消息的影響發酵情況，臨近週末也需要留意空單回補情況，此外，對於今明兩天的G20峰會，也需要予以關注。
英國跨黨派團體否決首相脫歐協議:在12月5日就該協議進行辯論之前，蘇格蘭民族黨、工黨、綠党和自由民主黨發表了一份聯合聲明。他們表示，蘇格蘭議會壓倒性的觀點認為，應該拒絕特雷莎·梅的脫歐協議草案，並尋求其它選擇。蘇格蘭保守黨表示，其他政黨正冒著英國出現無協議脫歐的風險。英國首相特雷莎·梅正在努力爭取獲得多數議員的支持，使自己的脫歐協議得到議會通過。但是，她面臨自己後座議員的反對，以及其他政黨的反對。在關鍵的英國議會投票前一周，蘇格蘭議會將舉行自己的投票，儘管結果不會對任何人產生約束力。
