美元再度回升 金價反復震盪
國際現貨黃金截止至2018年11月21日3:00報1221.2美元/盎司，最高價為1228.6美元/盎司，最低價為1220.3美元/盎司，金價晚間走高後迅速回撤。現貨白銀報14.29美元/盎司，白銀則再次震盪走弱
全球股市再度出現暴跌：全球股市持續重挫，隔夜美股三大指數平均收跌2%左右，抹去今年以來全部漲幅，歐洲股市自9月底以來市值蒸發超過一萬億美元。股市大跌刺激黃金避險需求，全球最大黃金ETF持倉增加至14周高位，不過由於美元走強，金價呈現沖高回落動作。
美聯儲態度由鷹轉鴿：美聯儲威廉姆斯的講話態度偏鴿派且是以數據為依據，與近期美聯儲官員講話相一致，美聯儲可能在12月對點陣圖作出大幅調整，2019年的加息路徑變得更加不確定，此前的前瞻指引表示美聯儲2019年將再加息3次，但市場目前認為可能加息2次。
