戴利接任三藩市聯儲主席 現貨黃金低位
現貨黃金市場2018年9月17日14點整收盤於1195.8美元/盎司，日內高點1195.9美元/盎司，低點為1192.7美元/盎司附近；現貨白銀震盪，報14.07美元/盎司。
三藩市聯儲主席人選塵埃落定：臨近中期選舉，美聯儲人事發生了些許變動，勞動經濟學家戴利將接替今年7月接掌紐約聯儲的威廉姆斯留下的空缺職務，就任新一任三藩市聯儲主席，哥倫比亞大學教授、著名貨幣經濟學家克拉裏達擔任美聯儲副主席。由於克拉裏達已經上任，所以從9月開始的貨幣政策他將具有投票權。但是他的任命不太可能影響投票格局，在5月份的確認聽證會上，他對貨幣政策和監管政策的看法與美聯儲主席鮑威爾非常接近。
貿易談判重頭戲繼續上演：本周日本經濟振興大臣茂木敏充和美國貿易代表萊特希澤將展開第二輪日美部長級貿易磋商，而加拿大外交部長弗裏蘭預計也將在本周再次訪問華盛頓，推進NAFTA談判進程。美國和多國的貿易磋商料在未來持續進行，而這也將成為近期主導市場情緒的主要因素。
