中國商務部強勢回應 政治風險重創澳元

中美互相加征關稅生效：北京時間8月23日12:00，根據美國聯邦公報網站聲明，美國對自中國進口的160億美元產品加征25%的關稅正式生效。與此同時，根據中國商務部本月早些時候的聲明，中國政府的反制措施也將同時生效，中國也將加征25%的關稅。中國商務部新聞發言人就美國對160億美元中國產品徵稅發表談話，表示中方堅決反對美方舉措，並不得不作出必要反擊。
澳元受政治風險干擾大幅下挫：澳大利亞總理特恩布爾週四遭受可能危及其領導地位的致命打擊，多位重要部長辭職，並要求自由黨籍議員召開特別會議，以便就黨首之位可能進行投票。澳大利亞的政治風波疊加美指的技術反抽需求，使得日內澳元兌美元大幅下挫，目前報0.7295。
