美元打破跌势，聚焦FED会议纪要

美元指数2017年度下跌9.8%，为2003年以来最大的年度百分比跌幅。全球经济增长势头增强了对其他国家收紧货币政策的预期，美联储和其他央行之间的分歧将减少，从而促使美元持续走低。
目前，市场投资者对于本周的美联储12月会议的会议纪要普遍持观望态度。美联储将于周三晚些时候公布加息预期，有两名美联储理事投票反对加息。由于美联储在12月的会议上刚提高了利率，人们怀疑通胀会如预期般加速。
与此同时，2018年第一次美国非农就业数据将于本周五晚间公布，若数据显示好于预期，或将为疲软的美指带来新的上升驱动力。
欧洲方面，欧元兑美元汇率触及1.2080的四个月高点，与9月1.2092的峰值水平相当，这是自2015年初以来最高水平。随后由于市场预期欧洲央行将在今年晚些时候开始缩减刺激计划，欧元因此走弱，欧元兑美元回落至1.20附近。
数据显示，欧元区制造业12月以创纪录的速度扩张，提振了欧洲央行将在今年晚些时候开始缩减资产购买计划的预期。欧洲央行理事会成员Benoit Coeure在周末表示，他认为债券购买”合理的机会”不会延续到9月以后。
