英国脱欧困难重重，英镑难以翻身

分析师表示，英国经济“应该在当前全球经济高涨的背景下也保持增长的，但是英国却并没有享受到这波增长潮，其增长速度反而放缓了”。
英国经济陷入颓势乃是一个缓慢的过程，但究其根源就是2016年6月欧盟举行的全民公投，导致了英镑的急剧贬值。
分析师)表示：“消费者之所以最初在英国脱欧投票后一直保持着支出，是因为起初并没有什么变化。但是英镑的急剧贬值很快转化为进口货物价格的提高。通货膨胀率也从年初的1.8％涨到了11月份的3.1％。
与此同时，工资在2017年平均仅增长了2.2％。工资上涨有限实际上意味着消费者更穷了，那么用来消费的钱自然就少了。
11月份实体店消费额较去年同期下降了3.5％。预计今年假期的消费额也将出现自2012年以来的下滑。
汽车制造商今年的境遇同样好不到哪里去。根据汽车制造商和贸易商协会，英国制造的汽车数量比去年同期下降了4.6％。受柴油政策不确定性的影响，新车销量在11月份下降了11.2％。
该行业组织表示：“新车市场连续第八个月出现下滑的情况是一个主要的担忧，由于政府方面始终放出反柴油的信号，柴油车市场业务不断下降，消费者信心也跟着急速下滑。”
失业率仍然很低，但即使是劳动力市场也显示出了疲软的迹象。例如，自脱欧公投以来，英国已经丢了大约6.5万个零售岗位。
与此同时，英国和欧盟之间的谈判已经进入第二阶段，包括未来的贸易协议。另外，他们也将对大约2年的过渡期进行谈判，这将给予英国企业一定的时间来适应欧盟之外新的贸易和监管制度。
如果英国最终还是走上硬脱欧之路，那么其未来经济发展怕是要面临更多的挑战，而英镑要想翻身怕也是难上加难。
