朝鲜有发射导弹迹象，美国如何应对
朝鲜时隔两个多月在本周早些时候进行了第一次导弹试射，结束了特朗普总统上台以来最长时间的平静期。但根据福克斯新闻独家获得的卫星图像，朝鲜军方已经在平壤北部的Panghyon空军基地建造了另一个发射台，与7月4日发射的洲际弹道导弹是同一个基地。这表明朝鲜已经在准备进行下一次导弹测试了。
本周三(11月29日)凌晨，朝鲜发射了一枚据称携带“超级重型核弹头”的洲际弹道导弹，据称可能击中美国本土。而卫星影响在此后不久，就又发现了这个新发射台。
根据密切关注朝鲜军事行动的ImageSat分析人士的说法，这是“他们第一次决定重建之前使用过的基地”。
11月23日和24日的照片显示，新的发射台距离7月4日发射的火星-14洲际弹道导弹发射台只有几米远，并且还新修了一条通道。
朝鲜近期发射又一枚洲际弹道导弹，加上它增建发射台，表明其继续藐视美国为首的世界对其核计划的愤慨，并决心将其进行到底。
本周二朝鲜试射的火星-15是迄今为止试射的三枚洲际弹道导弹中最强大的。此外，“移动夜间发射”似乎旨在测试新的功能，并表明朝鲜将能够进行预防性打击。这枚洲际弹道导弹是在美国东部时间下午1:17左右从Sain Ni发射，据报道飞行了50分钟，飞行高度超过地球4500公里(比美国国家航空航天局(NASA)国际空间站的轨道高出十倍)，飞行距离约1000公里。这意味着它几乎可以击中包括首都华盛顿美国本土的任何地方。
而就在朝鲜再度试射导弹消息传出之际，美国外交决策曾也正出现动荡。早先有传闻称，美国总统特朗普正对一直主张与朝鲜和谈接触的国务卿蒂勒森感到极度不满而欲另择“贤人”替换之，此时若朝鲜半岛再有事，或许将正好授予特朗普这一口实。
