英国经济再度受挫，GDP增长不乐观
英国统计局公布，将英国一季度GDP增长率由0.3%的初步预估值下调为0.2%，令今年一季度成为2016年一季度以来增长最弱的季度，显示出英国经济不若之前预计的那样强劲。
今日的数据证实了英国的家庭受到英镑下跌所带来的通胀上升的打击。经过通胀调整，2017年一季度英国家庭支出仅增长0.3%，为2014年四季度以来最低。
英国统计局解释道：“英国GDP增长在2017年一季度放缓至0.2%，零售和住宿之类面向消费者的行业和家庭支出均增速减慢。这部分是由于物价的上升。建筑业和制造业也增长乏力，企业服务和金融则继续强劲增长。”
而英镑下跌带来的益处——对出口的促进则效果并不明显，同期内英国净贸易抵消了经济1.4%的增长率。英国统计局表示：“进口总量上升，对英国GDP产生负面影响，尤以交通工具、机械和化学制品为甚。”
分析师认为，通胀升速超过收入造成的实际薪资收缩是英国经济受损的罪魁祸首。“尽管这一下调可能出乎意料，但其背后的原因则在意料之中。实际收入缩减导致的家庭支出增长疲软以及出口增长自去年年底优秀表现中回撤都拖累了整体经济。”
“我们预期消费的走弱将会随着薪资增长在物价上升中近一步减缓而持续，但贸易方面则因全球明朗的经济前景而具转机。”
与其它国家相比，英国在一季度0.2%的经济增长与意大利和美国相同，但低于德国的0.6%、法国的0.3%和日本的0.5%。
