土耳其里拉惊创历史新低
周二(1月10日)，土耳其央行将外汇存款准备金率下调50个基点，并誓言必要时将采取额外措施抑制市场过度波动；目前土耳其里拉兑美元和欧元触及新低；其中土耳其里拉兑美元连续第四天走低，日内跌至0.2637，创历史新低。
土耳其央行周二下调了所有期限外汇存款准备金率，并称此举将为金融体系带来15亿美元的流动性。其还将银行业的借款限制下调至220亿里拉，周三起生效。
土耳其里拉兑美元一度跌1.7%至3.7772里拉，今年以来的贬值幅度为6.7%，在新兴市场中跌幅最大。
里拉最近跌跌不休，似乎足以大到令货币政策委员会本月升息。凯投宏观经济学家William Jackson周一在电子邮件写道，如果委员会不采取行动，只会增加央行独立性的隐忧，或迫使货币政策委员会未来以更大幅度升息。
