美油重挫4% 因OPEC减产会议前不确定犹在
美国WTI 1月原油期货电子盘价格周五(11月25日)收盘下跌2.0美元，跌幅4.17%，报45.96美元/桶；美国原油周五下跌逾4%，因不确定石油输出国组织(OPEC)是否将达成减产协议，此前沙特称不会出席OPEC和非OPEC国家周一讨论减产的会议。
与此同时，ICE布伦特1月原油期货电子盘价格收盘下跌1.74美元，跌幅3.56%，报47.12美元/桶。
美国原油本周上涨0.13美元，交投区间为45.77至49.20美元。布伦特原油本周上升0.20美元，交投区间为46.85至49.96美元。两份原油合约在美国感恩节假期后和周末前交投清淡。
OPEC消息人士表示，沙特告知OPEC，沙特将不参加周一举行的OPEC与非OPEC产油国讨论限产会议，因沙特希望首先聚焦在OPEC内部达成共识。
汇通网分析师表示，沙特不参加周一会议的消息令油价最初被抛售，必须达成重大的减产，必须是能令市场信服的行动。
俄罗斯知情人士向路透表示，俄罗斯仍计划出席11月28日在维也纳举行的较低级别的准备会议，OPEC部长级会议将在11月30日进行。
交易商称，沙特阿美1月向一些亚洲顾客的原油供应将上升，这也为油市蒙上阴霾。10月中国原油日进口降至1月来最低，增加市场利空基调。
但分析师表示，除了担心下周OPEC协议的命运外，油市基本面没有什么变化。多数分析师预计，OPEC会议将达成某种形式的减产，但不确定措施力度是否足够提振油市。
