美国10月成屋销售年率总数创下9年半高位

全美地产经纪商协会(NAR)周四(10月20日)公布的数据显示，美国10月成屋销售上升2%，年率为560万户，美国10月成屋销售总数年率创下9年半高位，分析师预估10月成屋销售减少0.5%，年率为543万户。此外，美国9月成屋销售年率由547万户上修至549万户。
成屋销售是对美国住宅市场的初步测算。数据包括全美以及四个地区的二手房屋销售量和价格。房屋类型包括独栋、共管公寓和合作公寓。
