英国退欧公投事件细节须知

公投时间：伦敦时间6月23日上午7时至晚上10时举行，即香港时间6月23日下午2时至24日凌晨5时。
公布结果时间：结果将在当地时间周五(6月24日)早晨公布，具体将取决于各地计数结果出炉时间。瑞信估计，第1组结果很可能于当地时间凌晨00:30(香港时间6月24日上午7时30分)公布，最后一组数据预计将于当地时间上午7时公布(香港时间下午2点)。
结果重要性：
如果大多数人投票选择「脱欧」，英国及欧盟官员将就贸易协议、移民、金融交易等关键议题进行重新谈判。而去年英国向欧盟出口的商品和服务占比达44%，对英国GDP的贡献为12%。
因此，若留欧，大量资金或会从避险市场撤退，金银有望回撤；若脱欧，英镑、欧元或大受打击，金银或将受到进一步的提振。

英国首相卡梅伦领导的保守党、国际货币基金组织(IMF)、G7、英国财政部、经合组织(OECD)、美国总统奥巴马、德国总理默克尔、法国总统奥朗德、同时包括250名英国名人，包括BBC《Top Gear》原主持人Jeremy Clarkson和女星凯拉•奈特莉(Keira Knightley)、霍金等150名顶级科学家。
支持脱欧阵营：
伦敦前市长Boris Johnson、明星迈克尔•凯恩(Michael Caine)、《唐顿庄园》编剧朱利安•费罗斯(Julian Fellowes)、250名商业领袖公开支持脱欧，包括汇丰银行前行政总裁纪勤、美国共和党总统提名候选人特朗普、连锁酒吧公司J.D. Wetherspoon。
英国脱欧后续事件：
首相卡梅伦会马上开始着手进行退出谈判。他将首先告知欧盟委员会英国决定退出，并引用《里斯本条约》第50条条款，英国将无法再参与欧盟决策。一旦做出该声明，英国政府将和欧盟委员会开始就如何定义英国和欧盟的新关系展开会谈，预计需要两年时间完成所有谈判。《里斯本条约》第50条条款从未被使用过，后果难料。
